Eplace my mobile with nokia 500 otherwise return my money back

Sir, i am from nagaon, assam. I have a nokia C5-03 handset, IMEI 359331040099224. I have faced many problem with it. The problem is when you click back option in portrait mode in real player suddenly a blank screen will appear and the phone get restart. I have sent it to nokia service center 4 times after this the same problem will occur, once they replaced it but the same will occur again. About 2 month i have not use my mobile correctly just single day. After the phone came from service center the problem will occur within 4 hour. Actully now-a-days nokia is one of the most worst service provider and c5-03 is worst handset. So. If they changed it with nokia 500 then its ok otherwise they had to return my money back. So please help me
