Mobile under warranty repair (service Deficincy)

Sir,

I have submitted my Nokia 5230 mobile to Nokia Care Center for repair and software upgradate on 27 Dec11.

It was to delivered the same day, but not delivered at NCC Rishikesh even on 04 Jan. It was told to me that the set has been sent to Delhi Nokia Care Center without my consent and you have to pay courrier charges to deliver at any other NCC Patna/Srinagar. It is harrassment to me moving without my handset under warranty.
