We have purchased Nokia c2-02 from Poorvika Mobiles Pvt ltd, 1, prakasam Road, T.Nagar, Chennai-17 on 07/01 vide Invoice no.2473 IMEI: 358641047577357. In the Box the MRP is Rs.4289/- inclusive of all taxes, but they invoiced Rs.4400/-, when we enquired to the person Mr. Pradeep Accountant, he informed that the rate is increased, so we will sell this handset only at new rate. We cant understand how they sell the product above the rate is mentioned. action required.
