Starting problem & bad customer service

I have bought Nokia C3-01 in last April & continously facing many software problems in this phone. However mobile is still in warranty period but everytime when I take my mobile into Nokia Care situated in Sector -2 Noida they used to keep my mobile for more than 15 days & after repairing when i use my mobile the very same problem or another new one occurs.

I want to tell you that since last 1 month i have shown my mobile 3 times in your Nokia Care & still not getting properly repaired mobile. I have spent Rs 8500/- to buy this mobile in the name of Nokia but I am fed up with this phone & very much disappointed with customer service.

Please look into the matter & do the needful as soon as possible,

I am also planning to go into consumer court if my problem will not be sorted out by this Saturday.
