Dear Sir,

This is reference to my complain no. 1/121/25867841 at nokia, I have a question to nokia management that why nokia is harassing customer??? If someone buy a new phone and the problem comes in the hardware from starting what is the reliability of NOKIA???

When we go to customer care center they do not solve the problem and tell us to leave the phone for 10-15days as they need to send phone to Delhi office for repairing. They will give back a basic nokia phone for replacement for that time, customer again put his time to understand other phone and with same model customer is not able to use the applications for which he buy a E series phone. Some one must understand that a E series is being used for many official purposes and if no one like to stop the business just for the defective nokia phone.

Is it customer mistake that he buys a new nokia handset and half of the time the set is required to be kept with nokia care center caz of defective parts. The customer care service people are not agreeing to give the same in writing.

I have complained before also for heating up of mobile just after buying the set.

I request you to replace the phone immediately with a new handset. I am fed up with every time visit to nokia care center and data restoring and wasting my time on reset all setting as per my requirement. Please be noted that the same is involve both time and money to regularly visit customer care centre.
