Faulty phone

I had submited my nokia c 6 4 times but nokia is not able to repaired my nokia c 6 -00 .every time they are sending the handset to new delhi office.the same faulty h/s is returned to me though the handset is in warranty period .if h/s is not repairable company should provide new h/s but nokia irratating me from last oct 11 .i had requested nokia people every time for new h/s but they are just ignoring the request.

please forward and esclate to higher authority of nokia prior to resolve my problems.
