Got Touch pad problem

Hi,

I am Diwakar, I recently purchased mobile Nokia C6 mobile from Mobile store on 7th April. Mobile was worked properly exactly 3 months, after that it was creating so much problem, i was visited in Local NOKIA care center, they have done only software upgradation but the problem was not cleared, again i went to the Nokia care, they are telling presently we have no stock of touchpads, it will take 10 to 15 days of time.

It was only 3month old, it was creating this type of problem, what was the solution for this, i am verymuch irritated of this mobile, i am suggesting to my friends also not to buy Nokia c6 Mobiles.
