Phone hangs up frequently. Some of the softwares are not available like loudspeake

Dear Sir,

I have purchased Nokia C2-03 on 27th Dec worth Rs 4800/- and after 2nd day of usage, i am facing the problems. The phone hangs up frequently and various simple softwares like loudspeaker and viewing contacts during calls are not available.i am shocked to see such a product from a brand like Nokia.

Since I had purchased the phone at a very dear price, i expect free value of my money and replace the set at the earliest.

Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.
