Nokia C7-00
Internet/GPRS not working

Hi,

I have bought new NOKIA C7-00 just a month back.

Since then it is troubling me a lot.

I am unable to access internet/GPRS on my handset.

I have already downloaded all the required settings from service provider (Airtel).

I am not even able to install the new software through tools.

Please help me to resolve this ASAP.
