Handset issue

Dear Sir,

My handset (nokia C6-01) which i bought just two months before is not working, flash light of camera is not working so i submitted it to nokia care in ghatkopar and it was sent to delhi head office for repair on 28th of Jan and i suppose to recv it yesterday, but today i recvd a call from nokia care stating that the issue is the same and still the camera flashlight is not working can you please explain what exactly your engineers have diagnosed as after 10 days there is the same problem, please help...
