Dear Sir

we had purchased a c3-01 nokia handset in Mar and till now the handset is repaired 5 times by nokia care. Now the hand set is totally defective. The applications get activated of its own. Touch screen hangs and cannot make calls. When taken to a nokia service centre at Okhla, they are saying that if you pay Rs. 2200, they will repair it as some liquid had entered in it. The handset is sparingly used and looks good and has no external damage. Never it is exposed to any liquid. It is the worst ever service we had noticed. Still under warranty and hesitate to provide the service.
