DEAR SIR,

This is to inform you that i have purchased NOKIA X3-02 mobile handset on april 011, but since last 3-4 months i am facing problem in my mobile handsets as it sometime automatically switched off then switch on, sometime it hangs automatically while working not only this there is also problem in incoming voice speakers as even i gave my mobile 4-5 times in nokia costumer care but i am not satisfied with their repair and again i am facing problem, please help me out in this and replace my handset as i already gave 4-5 times but still no solution so please do replace this,
