Attery replacement

Dear sir,

i have buyed a nokia x1-01 handset but the problem i faced that the battery back-up of phone is limited maximum to 42 hours but the company is giving it in written with up to 140 hours when i got through the service centre regards they refused to replace as they said that it's the maximum back-up of the phone even the battery remained within warranty period . kindly take nacessary action over it. my mail ID is: singhvishal.m01@gmail.com
