I bought a C6 Nokia smartphone on 1st October. I was facing some problems at the very inception of the usuage of the cell phone. At last i went to Nokia Care at Durgapur (Firingi More) to address the issue. The guys at the Care told me it would be charged Rs.1000/- & i agreed for the same. The very next day when i called them i was shocked to hear that the charges would be Rs.4000/- & i immediately told them to give my cell back. The next day when i went to Care for receiving my handset, to my utter astonishment & disgrace the cell was not even working as compared to earlier when i was able to talk, text & even click images. The phone was dead!!! & the way those so called customer care executives behaved was something which i could not share in Public platform.
I just have 1 question. I went for Nokia (my used to be trusted brand not anymore) & is this the treatment i am supposed to receive at their end??? Also if Nokia believes in selling such in built manufacturing defect products???
