NOT WORKING PROPERLY

I have bought my Nokia c5-03 mobile on 16.10.11 from poorvika and i had some problems in my new mobile. I have contacted Nokia Care near tambaram sanatorium and they cleared the fault. Once again i had Touch Problem and Nokia care have changed me the whole board on 23.01.12.After that i have again got many problems (10.2.12) )Next Month). Nokia is not giving any response for my replacement of my mobile. Once again today (28.4.12) my touch is not working properly. I need a solution for my mobile
