Replace request

Dear Sir,

I have nokia X-7 phone and it is under warranty i.e.it is less than one year from purchase date. I had purchase it for Rs. 21000 around.from the date i have purchase it has gone to care for 5-6 times to care so i requested them to replace it but they are not replacing it. Please i request you to do something and help me to replace it. I had gone for many times to care for one or the other problem with the phone. It is not possible to go every now n then to care even they always take 15-20 days for repairing i.e till now my cell phone was with nokia care for almost 2-3 months. The other thing is the back up i found it all the time when my phone comes back from care all the data is lost so i have to suffer another loss for that. so i request you to please refer my complaint so that i can get it replace from nokia.nokia is one of the best brands for mobiles these was my prediction so i bought these phone and see what is going on.

Its my humble request to forward my complaint so that i can get it replace.
