Dear sir/mem,

i would like to in form you i have problem in my nokia e 5 handset that this my profile mode is not working properly so that i went in service center in west patel nagar (pillar no. 229), your excutive solve my problem by formating the software after checking the vibration mode which is not working properly, your excutive again checking my phone and say there is a problem in hordware, for resolving this issue you have to pay 750 rs and it will take 2 days, i think and say i dont want to solve my problem .imidieatly they told to my i solve your problem with in minute again i denied and took a my phone return and check my phone again my phone is running well,

so i would like to say such type things happen in your service center they are making me fool, demanding for unneccessary money, so plz solve the problem of nokia custmer.
