My self Jatin, I m having an Nokia x1-01 mobile imei no. 357893/04/959428/3 which is in a warranty period of whose battery is having a problem, and when i approached to an Nokia care at Palanpur- 385001 Gujarat about this problem i was being rudely assisted by n executive whose name is Mr. Kailesh Patel.& he replied to me that there is nothing in an warranty about this phone and replied to me unmannerly that you can do whatever you want to do i will not take your phone in warranty. and showed me a way out.

so, i please request u to take this complain in an consideration n please take a necessary action ahead.
