It's same to inform you that I have not get customer care services, actually my handset model Nokia c5 03 have problem It's touch pad is not working after 5 month and it is in warranty so I was came to your Nokia Care but they are not give me answer properly. last 1 month to still I am visiting there they r not able to solve my problem and not give my handset But they have lots of accuses.
