Non adherence of promised time of repai

Dear Franchise,

With great anxiety I am forced to write this email to you. On the 12th of June I

deposited My Nokia Handset (Nokia 200 Asha) in your service center. I was promised

by the lady sitting on the counter that my handset would be repaired on the 19th of

june and that i can collect the same after comfirming from the service center. My

father who is an old man kept on calling at Mob no :-9997819819 and there was no

reply and finally when the lady picked up the phone she started asking all kind

weird details and said that your handset has not been repaired and they will call

up when it is repaired . she was extremely rude and discourteous. For the next 2 days

my father kept on calling the service center and no one picked up the phone. Finally

I made a call and the lady picked up and gave the same reply to me that we will

intimate you telephonically when the phone is repaired. When I asked her as to how

days more they will take to repair my phone she said that she doesnt know and told

and banged the phone down. I again made a call and this time she very rudely said

that we can not repair your phone. I am totally aghast by this kind of rude behaviour

of the Nokia staff towards its most trusted customers. I have been using only

Nokia handsets for the last 12 years but after being humiliated and harrassed by

your staff I have decided that I will never use a Nokia handset again.

I would nevertheless request you to please look into the matter and make sure that

an apology is given to my old father who for no fault of his was fooled and harrassed

by your staff.

I will be highly grateful if I get a call on 9412050467 and conveyed an

apology by the staff who misbehaved with me and fooled me. Failin to which I will have

to Perforce escalate the matter and report it to your higher authorities.
