Not receved my phone

My name is Bharat chavda My job sheet manual my mo_no:-9723288898 I have gave the handset on 11 june for senser and ovi software. Issue is my handset model is nokia x7-00 I.M.E.I_no:-356257040422707 I took the phone to the service center for 3 times but problem is not solved, I m not satisfied

on costumer care people said me your phone return in 7 days but my phone is not return to me more then 16 day's

i can't satisfied nokia customer care service and nokia customer care service is very very bad...
