C5-03 Touch Not Working

I had purchased a New Nokia C5-03 mobile phone from Big Bazaar Palakkad on 2nd March..for Rs.8302/-..

I regret to inform you that my phone Touch stopped working from 14th April...

I had approached the dealer regarding this and then he informed that we had to go to the nearest Nokia Care center and they shall rectify the problem..

I then went to the Nokia Care Center located at Adam Complex, Shoranur Road, Palakkad -678014 Ph No: 0491-3290398, 2523333..

The cross checked the mobile phone and the informed that the will have to update the Software and again if the problem continues then I will have to change the Touch sensibility... which is chargeable... were as my phone has Warranty & is also Insured...

But the problem is that till today the 27th of June I have not got the Touch Screen replaced...

When I call the Care Center the inform that the screen has been ordered to the Nokia Company...

I did not except such a result from a reputed company Like NOKIA which is well known world wide...

Kindly help me as I have spent so much and I am not in a post ion to use my mobile phone...
