Egarding nokia services-

i have purchsed a new nokia c3-01 on 25 july.

after purchsed it creats many errrors or problem like hanging, touch problem, long vibrate, call disconneting, heating... thats why i deposited it to ncc they deposited it and didnt repair it properly and handover to me by call me.

and after a few days it get switch off automaticaly many times in a day and currupts aal my files... again i go to NCC they collected it and again hanover to me without repairing it... so i make a complain to head office for replacing it unless i didnot recieve it from NCC but they didnt replace it and give me a swap used phone... i only want a new phone and they handover me a old phone... please help me i am feeling cheaten and harressment...
