Unsatisfactory performance of nokia E6

I bought NOKIA E6 mobile ph. in february... in just 5months, i have been to Nokiacare almost 10 times... means twice in a month on average..the problem is sometimes with the software n sometimes in hardware (some of keys are not working). i am a woking professional n it is hard for me to visit nokiacare so frequently... eac time, they refresh my ph software n my all data is lost, which is again a big problem. last time i went to nokiacare, RDC Gzb..n gunjan malik didnot gave me the entry slip, she said u can directly come to me n take back your phone after 40min..i said ok.i took ph back to home n checked, but the problem was same..the very next day again, i went there n this time the head person told me, that our gmail account can be setup on ur ph, then there must be some problem with ur account as i have the problem that my account cannot be configured on my ph..

i am just fed up of this handset n greatly hurt by the rude behavour of nokiacare, RDC Gzb staff... they didnot solved my problem n gave false excuses..

now my ph has same problem of configuring gmail account, n Nokiacare people are saying we can't do anything for you. and mail key, calender key, contact key of my phone are not functioning...

i have also extended the warranty of my phone, but as nokiacare people are not solving my problem what is the use of Nokiacare??

i am just fed up of this phone n nokia care staff in RDC Gzb. i just want that my phone is replaced as soon as possible and action should be taken against Nokiacare, Rdc staff.
