Nokia C7
Replacement not done

Dear Manager,

I baught new Nokia C7 from nokia priority, Jamnagar. After some hours use it started getting problems like flash light was not working (While I checked at the time of unpacking the model), It was swithching off automatically while doing work on that and finally after 6 days it could not be started as it failed to start... Not switching on the device... What I did, I had given for replacement and when I got my piece back I found the internal portion was changed but the body remained same... In body there were few dots which was at the time of handing over for the replacement were not there... What is service centre doing? They told me that you have tried to open the piece and done wrong with led flash light... Actually I cared for that device like I did not even put my handset on surface I was using the paper or cloth and I was putting it on that. Now I want my piece replaced or I want my money back othterwise I will have to go to the customer forum and will complanint against nokia india... I had purchased nokia because I have faith in nokia but if

they will continue doing the same it will not be good for them.
