Nokia care want money during the warranty period

Dear sir

my name is Nishu Baliyan i had purchase nokia c7 in 6th march and i extended the warranty again.one day my mobile switch off automatically and didn't switch on than i went nokia care center at Akshay care shop no 4/5 d gold house Dnyaneshwar paduka chauk fc road shivaji nagar pune but but they demanded 5550 Rs for repairing but my phone is in warranty period .why i give the money i gave the money for extended warranty period.
