I am not sure if Nokia Care center guys will be supporting or giving services to the customers specially those who have got the warranty. They are just making money and not providing the services. I had purchased Nokia 2330 handset on 6th Dec and on 20th March I suddenly noticed that the display of the handset was not proper, It was kind of scattered. I visited the Nokia care on 23rd March. The representative over there saw the phone took out the battery and sim card and informed me that some issue with display and it cant be repaired and would be replaced. Then next thing he asked me if the device is still under warranty. then he took the handset inside to consult their people (so called engineer) and after few minutes he came back and said that the display is broken and warranty does not cover replacing the display. When I switch on the mobile a thick line was appearing in display which was not there when I handed over the phone to him. These F#$%ing people are cheating on innocent customers. They are just bloody assholes. Please take some action against them.
