I was an avid user of nokia phone eversince they launched d 3310...

however when i bought my nokia n79 i realized how poor nokia care service is..

I have submitted my handsets 4 times already. Even today its with nokia care (its been a week already).

Each time they send it delhi for repairs and the repairs go on for atleast 1 week.

To make matters they dont even check if the phone is working or not.

Once they called me up after a week to tell me phone is working now... i reached there to learn my phon was still giving the same problem... And Again they sent it off to delhi.

This is last Nokia poduct i am gonna ever buy... Sony on the other hand has better looking, cheaper handsets, and the new handets even run on a symbian platform...

Also the worst part about nokia care is that each time my phone comes back a new problem arises.

Nokia Care services are by far the worst amongst all the other mobile companies,

The quality of the build is getting worst each day.

i have by far faced the following problems with my nokia n79-

1) Bluetooth not working (had the same problem 1 time)

2) vibrator not working (had the same problem 3 times)

3) radio not working (had the same problem 1 time)

4) Phone goes on and off anytime in the day (still having the same problem)

5) wifi not working (had the same problem 3 times)

6) very slow processing speed, hangs most of the time.
