Poor/Fradulent service

This is regarding the fradulent service provided by the Nokia care center located at N0.5 GST Road, First Floor, Chrompet, Chennai -600044. I have handed my Nokia handset (5130 C Xpress music) after facing Software problems on 1st August. The Guy who attended me told that it was due to a software issue that the phone switched off often and it will cost Rs.450 taxes to fix it. So I have agreed and at that time of handing over my phone the display was working fine. When I called upon to check on the status today (2nd August) I was informed that the phone's software was updated and the issue prevails & now they want to change the display of the phone which will cost an additional amount of Rs.1400 taxes. Without any valid reason why they want to change the display of the phone which was working fine when I hand it over. The Job Sheet NUmber is : 91446555012080129 and the issue mentioned in the service job sheet provided to me is mentioned as "Phone restarts/reboots".
