Pathetic Services by NOKIA care

Hi,

I had purchased a Nokia X3 in the month of October and the handset is still covered under warranty.

The speaker of my phone is not functioning well and since then i have visited two different NOKIA care centres in CHARU MARKETS (Tollygunge) and MOMINPORE for repairing for the same problem. Neither the problem been resolved they have given me the phone with having touch screen problem. The Cell Phone is still in warranty.

The staffs in the NOKIA care centre is also very pathetic.

PLEASE TAKE A STEP AGAINST THE NOKIA Care centres in kolkata and HELP ME OUT OF THIS MATTER.
