Dear Sir/Madam

My Nokia c7 handset had battery backup problem and I took it to Nokia care centre Hadapsar (Shop No 4/5 Ravidarshan Complex, NR Gadital Sahakari Bank, Hadapsar, Pune - 411028) which is an authorized nokiacare centre. The handset was submitted there on 09/07 and was promised to be returned on 18/07. However on calling up on the target day they told me it would require some time. They promised me to let me know by the next week. And one day i called them and they told me that your battery is ready. And when i went to their office and they told me that now we don’t have that battery we give it to other costumer and they don’t have any serious attitude they are just smiling about that issue. They told me your battery is delivered in next 5 days. God knows what kind of work they are doing? Even I do not know what the latest status of my handset is. I think I have to go to the police and report against them. I am amazed, what kind of rubbish work they are doing without having any fixed commitment, what kind of freak they are? But I really hope some actions could be taken against this particular centre for their lack of service, false promises and harassment of customers.

So I would like to request you please take the necessary step and help the customer from being cheated by Nokia Care centre Services,

Please do the needful asap.
