Hi I have Nokia E5 having IMEI Number 355949044129681 and product code 059B059 purchased on 20/02.

I had problem with the phone, it was not getting switched on, so went to Nokia care Preet Vihar on 21-Nov (MAA COMMUNICATIOn 13, Shankar Vihar, Opp Metro Pillar No. 72, Vikas Marg, Delhi, 110092). The Job sheet no is 144433527/111121/67.

they took half an hour with the phone and finally told me that the things can not be fixed under warranty and i will be charges Rs. 1550/- on higher side and the phone will be delivered within one day.

today is 28-Nov, I have still not received my phone even after following up several times. Now after 8 days when I called up, they told me that the phone is still not repaired and even the estimate has gone up.. nobody from nokia care gave me a call about higher charges and that when they will be able to deliver the phone.

This is really disappointing about this cheating.
