Pathetic Service

I bought useless brand Nokia. After three months got repaired due to manufacturing defect so i had submitted by mobile at nokia service centre on 16th July at Vashi Service center. They had returned the repaired mobile on 3rd August. Again there was a problem with the mobile and again had submitted by mobile as per the commitment they will return my mobile on 8th August as per the job sheet. Had called them they confirmed that again they had sent to delhi service centre and will take 15 to 20 working days.

Had spent for travelling almost 7 times for 100 rs each travel.

Haven't got any resolution for the same after speaking to their contact centre executives. Had sent couple of mails as well.
