Dear sir

I, dr.arjun . m .r purchased a cell phone on the third of january. its model is nokia 5233.this perticular phone was purchased from a authorised nokia dealer, stadium complex calicut.the phone lost its display all of a sudden on jan 25. i took the phone to this dealer who directed me to a nokia care called HAPPY CREATIONS, ROYAL PLAZA BUILDING, OPP KSRTC, MAVOOR ROAD CALICUT 673001. When i went there they said that this complaint is not common and since i am in my warranty period i'll get the phone display corrected soon. they told me that there was no stock in new display and to wait for one week. they kept me walking around for all these four months.today they made fun of me and told me to throw my phone away. they are not planning to replace my cell either. i brought this cell for 6000 indian rupees and am cheated completly. please help me out in this matter
