Replacement denied

The earbuds attached with my Nokia 5130, purchased 2 monts ago, became faulty. Consequently I approached the nearest Nokia Care (Brightspot, Attingal, Trivandrum District, Kerala) and submitted the item for replacement. On receipt (job sheet no. 834465550/091207/10 dated. 07-12-09) of the item they told me that it would take 2 weeks for replacement. My Nokia 5130 was an indispensable item for me during my daily walking sessions. Keeping that in mind I requested them to provide me with a temporary replacement of any suitable earbuds but they refused outright. They insist that Nokia do not allow them to do such a favour to a customer. I believe Nokia is a frontrunner in the movement of Customer Satisfaction and Care!!! Hope I am right!!!
