Nokia Express Music Mobile Handset not working

Sir,

My Nokia Handset stopped working in just 12 months 8 days though it is out of warranty period for only for 8 days, the Nokia service centre in Mysore, Nanies Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., is not able to repair. They are not even able to switch on the power of the device. Since it is a manufacturing defect Nokia care should at least repair the device or else they should replace.

Nokia people are writing contact other service centre. From 14.4.11 till today i.e., 20.6.11 I am getting the same reply from different Nokia people contact other service centre.

Below mentioned e-mail is self explanatory. I have sent them the purchase bill and service centre bill for evidence. :

I am getting reply from M/s. Nitesh Soni, Rohit Khatri, Jitendra Loona, Anita Choudhary, Hemant Chouhan and also others by Nokia Careline same recorded reply without any solution or action on the matter. Hence, I seek your valuable guidance or help in the matter.
