Dear Nokia Officials,

This is to bring to your kind notice that i Arun Goel (09315521140) purchased Nokia E5 on 14/12 from one of your authorised dealer "Nagpal Sales Corporation" at karnal (haryana) but since very day i purchased this handset i have been facing lot of problems one after the another. On approaching the dealer regarding this i haven't been provided any satisfactory response till date. i am being misguided completely both by the dealer and "Srinath Ji" service centre. Now i am totally frustrated and its my strong appeal to you to get my handset replaced on immediate grounds else i will forced to move to consumer courts to get the justice. i have also marked cc to Mr. Malkeet Sigh for the same.
