Hi….

i bought nokia e5 phone from easyday, sajay place branch…..on 13 april…..i want 2 exchange my nokia e5 with nokia c6 before 24 hrs……then also they didnt exchanged my phone ……..i was asking them 2 exchange under the exchange policy of easyday…which was written there…..(even though nokia c6 was rs4000 costlier than nokiae5)………..this is what they do with there permanent customers…….i hope i will get releif from higher authority……thanks... divya
