Nokia E63
NOT RECEIVED THE GIFT PACK

This is Prateek Gupta. I purchased the Nokia E63 mobile on 22 Sep'10. It was said that I would receive the gift pack that i got after scratching the voucher. It was mandatory to submit Rs 99 DD which no is 138339. and this dd has been en cashed by Mobile store at 1 Nov'10. & during phone call there customer does not respond and cut phone. I trying them on regular basis but nothing is getting.

kindly inform me about my gift. This is a new tricks which has been started by the Mobile store. Not only they fool to customer but also take extra money.
