Fonts not support to read tamil, marathi newspape

I purchased nokia e63 model from poorvika at poonamalle, chennai on 24.10.09. But volume of ring tone is very very low and it is not supports any fonts to read other language newspaper except english. So please kindly request you to help me on this.
