My phone is keep on hanging

I bought mobile nokia E63 from Nokia shop (NFC) 4 to 5 month back at the times of purchasing i was told to give 12 month of waranty now it is only 5 month old hand set having with me and creating the problems of hanging during the use.

when i visited to NOKIA CARE CENTER Malviya Nagar spoke to Mr Amit his mobile number is 9999682800.when i shared the all problems of my phone he asked for the charge of Rs 650 and more withaut paying this much amount he was not ready to give any kinds of support and he was not ready to rectifying the hanging problems please suggest me what should i do.
