Mobile goes on hang now not switching on

I have bought a E63 NOKIA mobile out of my hard earned saving during the month of February. the said mobile set was handed over to the nokia customer care centre Sukhdev market Kotla Road, New Delhi with the complaint hanging on after receiving a call on and off during the month of April I have been given the impression that the mobile set has been repaired after a period of 8-10 days. But the problem remained as such on and off. I kept ignore this problem as after hang on after 10-15 minute the set again started working. But on 17th December I received a call and that could not be retrieved after that the set could not received a call due to the same problem and remained unfunctional. I went to the nearest nokia customer care centre and shown to them and requested that thee are lot of contact numbers of my known to persons please save these numbers before doing anything to the set. Instead of saving them the service engineer told me that the phone will not be repaired in the warranty as there are some liquid marks they could only see in the inside the handset. The sorry state of affairs happens to me. It is evident that the handset is being given to the service centre for the same problem time and again but now have rectified the problem in the other manner that there are some water marks inside the mobile set despire the fact that the set is laminated from outside and a drop of water cannot go inside. If at all possible the water will damage or could ben seen in exterior part before entering in the centre of set.
Now I would like you to kindly take the matter and let me know how could the problem could be rectified in the warranty I am open to challenge that if the marks shown inside the handset are water I will not ask the company to even repair this, A reputed company like NOKIA which occupies 75% of Indian mobile market is behaving like. I will not say the company, the negative minded persons seating in the customer care are behind this. I hope the compnay will come out with a significant rectification of the problem which is not at all justified.
