Nokia E63
No handset in the box

Sir,

I have purchased a sealed Nokia E63 from a dealer in Greater Kailash, Delhi for Rs.9000 (with bill) on 8th May to gift it to my sister. But when we opened the box at our home we were surprised to see that the handset was missing from the box. Everything was entact in the box but the handset was missing. This is an appeal to the authorities to take an action against the dealership channel of nokia.

I have appealed to the dealer to give me a new handset but he is just passing time and there is no outcome of the appeal.
