Product malfunctioning

Dear sir

i purchased a nokia e63 2 months back from MOBILE STORE, GOLMURI, JAMSHEDPUR, JHARKHAND.and for the past 1 month i am getting the problem in using it.when i connect my pc with it for net browsing, my mobile keeps on restart at every 10 minutes. I gave it to nokia care also.they just updated the software and said that the problem is resolved.but its still there.my mobile switches of regularly while connecting it to internet with the pc.i purchased it in 9200.and now i am feeling like being cheated.nokia just knows to cheat people.kindly replace my mobile with a new handset..i have become fedup now and i advice all that never use nokia phones..they are just cheaters.
