Mishandling of the Nokia E 63 set sr no3515020418311041 by Venus Communication Nokia care center 115-A, poket D phase 3 Ashoak Vihar Delhi 110088

Dear All,

Regret to inform you that my set sr 3515020418311041has been mishandled by Venus Communication Nokia care center 115-A, poket D phase 3 Ashoak Vihar Delhi 110088.This set was under warrantee and i have a bill without having a bill no dated 02/07/10 has been charged for 1400 inr for the charging problem. Till date i have to go nokia service center every day to get this rectified and same is not getting rectified.

I want to register a formal complaint against them and want my set replaced due to their mishandling.
