Nokia E63
Display problem and not supporting themes

I purchased nokia e63 last month i.e on 21st april. But from the first day onward i found that it has a small display problem. The screen is blinking. i went to the shopfrom where i had purchased it but the shop owner said that it is of the company fault better i consult to nokia care. Another problem is that my nokia e63 is not supporting any of the themes even i tried it bu taking the themes from another nokia e63 from my friends cell phone, but then also it is not supporting any of them. Plz help me...
