How to find lost mobile

What to complaint when there is given service no for nokia care but they directly says nokia can not find and trace lost mobile just give complaint in police station.. where complaint is given then police says u have to wait till nokia will give us result but we dont know when they'll do? I have every documents of my newly taken mobile then also no proper service from anywhere? tell me what to do n how to find out my mobile... if any help is from there then plz let me know by e mail on jaanvi_g2@yahoo.in
