NOKIA E6
Sensor light problem

I was purchased nokia e6 mobile on 14-7 at dindigul. Now my mobile is not working sensor incoming and outgoing display back light. Also shown my mobile to nokia zone at dindigul. They told to me, the mobile will be send to nokia service center at delhi. Now i am saying the above mentioned product is as called smartphone. After five months from the purchase the problem was recognized why we called smartphone? Hence the nokia service center should be solve my mobile problem as permanently or replace for same one. please note down my mobile details. Also my compliant was strongly registered to nokia customer care.
