Very-very bad service

Hi, I am ashish. I gave it to Nokia care on 21 July. Becoz of network and mouth piece problem. And delivery date was 28 July. They told me to send it to delhi care. Not able to resolve that problem. If that's the problem then no need to open care center all over India.

And now I called them ..then he told me that now only they sent it to delhi...

So plz give me some suggestion... or consumer court contacts..Nokia customer care mail I'd.
