FEAD UP WITH SERVICE CENTER

Hi,

I have taken E Series mobile in 2009 for 20, 000/- bucks, and it got problem in march and given twice or trice in nokia service center (MOBIQUEST) my job sheet no:100317/169, and charged Rs.1250/-again on 6/04/10 job sheet no : 302465550/100406/114 they have asked phone for service in Ameerpet. But they have not solved the problem and asked to come again and again they have tested my patience by postponing the delivery time Nokia is such a big reputed mobile company in world but it has failed to solve my problem and i have registed my complaint last time but no response. Such a stupid and velger service nokia is providing plz take action on this complaint or else replace my phone with 20, 000/- other phone
